ARNOLD ARRE'S MARTIAL LAW BABIES

Sun Mar 1, 2009, 3:35 PM
MY GOD! ARNOLD ARRE IS THE BEST!!!

I just bought a copy (and got it signed too..whee) of ARNOLD ARRE's "MARTIAL LAW BABIES".

GO HERE!!!

It's his newest graphic novel and I must say:

Arnold Arre never fails to deliver.

From his unique filipino style, to his characters that everyone can relate to, to his AMAZING storytelling.. I enjoyed every panel of his latest graphic novel. I was reading it non-stop and was hooked from the moment i opened the first page. Arnold Arre really knows how to hit that spot in your chest that makes you go... damn.

I love it. Really. I couldn't say anything else. Arnold Arre ROCKS.

I recommend it for everyone who loves comic books, those who love stories about life and friendship, and of course: the kids who grew up during martial law.

I'm not really a martial law baby, more like an EDSA I revolution baby.. (Yes, i was born 1987, i admit it.) But still, the graphic novel evoked a lot of feelings from me. The story captures real emotions, real people, real life.

Gah.. i can't stop rambling.. it was that good. Better than TWILIGHT i assume.

(just kidding. raving fangirls please don't kill me.)

I really haven't read a good graphic novel in a long time and this was such a breath of fresh air. My five hundred bucks was WORTH EVERY CENT.

If i was the president of the Philippines right now, and the country was under MARTIAL LAW..

I'd order all of you to go and grab your copy.
